Deliveries

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours for products in stock or according to information on the product pages. We send deliveries to the entire national territory, Europe and the rest of the world (although only Option de Europa appears on our website).
The packages are tightly fitted and your items well protected. Shipping will be done by a door-to-door carrier. Shipping fees include handling and packaging as well as carrier costs. We advise you to bring together the products to be ordered in a single purchase, in order to avoid duplication of costs.
Alternatively, you can go to our store open to the public, at Avenida Miguel Bombarda, 124, next to Gulbenkian, in Lisbon, to pick up your order, with no transport costs.

Return policy

f you order through the website a product available on Lumen.pt whose characteristics do not correspond to the information on the website, it may be returned within a legal period of 14 days. It is up to the consumer to bear the cost of returning the products. The products in question, as well as their packaging, must arrive at our facilities in perfect conditions of use, otherwise the consumer will lose the right to a refund.
