What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, as a method of payment: Payment by Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Amex) - in which card details (name, number, validity and security code) are required via the EasyPay Secure Payment system and PayPal. Payment by ATM and MBWay. Payment by bank transfer, for the following data: Bank: BPI NIB: 0010 0000 42869650001 14 IBAN: PT50 0010 0000 4286 9650 0011 4 SWIFT/ BIC: BBPI PTPL (the NIB will be sent in the order confirmation email) Payment in our store open to the public: cash, ATM or Visa.

Where is your store?
You can visit our store open to the public at Avenida Miguel Bombarda, 124, next to Gulbenkian in Lisbon. Our opening hours are 9am-1pm and 2pm-6:30pm on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday we are closed.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Lumen's website is hosted on a secure and encrypted server. Use your credit card without worry.

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs depend on the value ordered and deliveries are made by carrier. Shipping cost with VAT included for Portugal = €4.99 Shipping cost with VAT included to Islands = 10 € Additional cost if you order less than €10 = €1.20 already including VAT Cost for Europe :35€ already including VAT Alternatively, if you buy directly at our store, you will not have transport costs: Avenida Miguel Bombarda, 124, next to Gulbenkian, in Lisbon. Our opening hours are 9am-1pm and 2pm-6:30pm on weekdays. Saturday and Sunday we are closed.

Do they deliver abroad?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. However, for orders placed on our website, only the territory of the European Union is available.

What if there is an error in the price of the item I bought?
In the unlikely event that there is a difference between the order value and the amount paid, you should contact our customer support line indicating the invoice number and the values in reference.
